We are on Oxcroft Estate off Mansfield Road, not on the main road. When travelling from Clowne on Mansfield Road, we are then a right turn off after after Morefruita and the following S-bend. The turn is hidden behind the S bend after Damsbrook farm on your right, level with Morefruta farm house on your left. Follow the single track lane (there are passing places) down until you get to some pairs of semi-detached houses on your left. The house numbers go 23, 24, 25, 26. We are number 26, the second pair of semis, second house. We are a cream rendered house, with a brown door and windows and a metal/silver farm gate and the farm stand on the right hand side of the drive.
