Caster Sugar, Unsalted Butter (Milk), Sea Salt, yeast), Lescure Patisserie Butter (Milk). Lemon Curd: Freshly squeezed lemon Juice, unwaxed Lemon Zest, butter (Milk), Egg Yolk, Caster Sugar. Meringue: Egg white, caster sugar.
