Gaz is the logic to my creative. He handles all the actually important things on the farm and behind the scenes like infrastructure, irrigation systems, and making sure our accounts are done and the tax man doesn’t take me away. Gaz drives the tractor, helps mulch all our beds and helps me with all the heavy lifting on the farm. Gaz also works part time as a computer programmer, so he’s also in charge of all the technical parts of our website and making sure everything is running smoothly!
Outside of work Gaz is into kickboxing, tech and renewable energy projects – he’s currently got his eye on converting us a tractor to fully electric!
